I’m the leader of Pokémon GO Club Tokyo.

It was the day of Pokémon GO Fest Osaka!!

I was so excited I couldn't sleep!

I woke up at 4 a.m. and left for Osaka on the 6 a.m. train.

I'm so sleepy… ate a sandwich on the Shinkansen for breakfast.

Left my luggage at a hotel when I arrived in Osaka and went to Umeda, where my friends were waiting for me!

<Today’s plan>

In the morning: walk in the city center

In the afternoon: walk around the Expo Park, where the place of GO Fest

9:30 a.m. I met up with my friends who also came from Tokyo, we walked around the underground shopping center of Umeda Station.

So many Pokéstops are there...

But every Pokéstops had lure modules!

It must be a big power working in Osaka.

For example, “the operation Lure Modules!”

Right at the start, an Aerodactyl wearing a satchel and a shiny Pumpkaboo appeared!

What a surprise!

I got all the Pokémon that I’d want to catch!

Thank you Umeda Station!

Well, we were hungry, and it was time for lunch.

We had lunch in the underground shopping mall.

Not much time is left until the afternoon at the Expo Park.

Let's go to the Expo Park!

Originally, they change from trains to monorails to go to the Expo Park, but the monorails were very crowded today, so we walked from Yamada station which is the transfer station.

Thanks to this, we were able to get into the park smoothly.

But the Expo Park is vast!

It took us a lot of time to get from the west exit to the central exit💦

It might have taken 20 minutes to get to the central exit...

Well, we have an important meeting today.

I have an appointment to meet with the community ambassadors.

We met at the Community HUB near the central exit.

Waiting for us were the Community Ambassadors from Kansai and Fukuoka.

They were friendly and funny!

Kansai ambassador has been active for about 5 years.

Just like us!!

One of the members of the ambassador in Fukuoka welcomed us in fluent Japanese.

He was very funny and told us some jokes.

Now we can make contact with ambassadors all over Japan.

From now on, it may be possible to plan a project that involves the entire region.

What kind of project shall I plan?

I am looking forward to it♪

After parting with the ambassadors, the time had come…

“Gotta Catch 'Em All”

There are four habitats in the Expo Park,

・Dark Jungle

・Fairy Garden

・Hypnotic Glacier

・Volcanic Island

We encountered different Pokémon in each of these areas.

I wanted to CATCH’EM ALL!

I had set a big goal, but the reality is cruel.

I couldn't catch any shiny in Fairy Garden.

But I did catch these shiny ones!

Dewpider, Surskit, and…RAYQUAZA!!

It was worth coming today!

I succeeded in evolving Diancie into Mega Diancie!

We had so much fun!

I wanted to stay in the Expo Park forever, and never back to my home.

Play PoGO with friends is much better special!

I will never forget the time we spent together!

It became a great memory.

It was already 19:00 o’clock.

That means the time to end.

Said bye-bye to the Expo Park, we went to eat Okonomiyaki for our wrap party.

Okonomiyaki is the best food in Osaka!

It was crowded everywhere, but luckily there was a restaurant that was just about empty and we entered.

The restaurant was awesome!

Okonomiyaki and beers were both good value for money.!

It was like a dream!

Mmm~~~!

Fluffy and delicious!

It makes me want more beer!

Four of us had three beers each.

The check was… less than 10,000 yen.

come back to this restaurant to eat Okonomiyaki when I visit Osaka!
