[Place]Ueno Park (Tokyo)

[Number of attendees] 17 people

First of all, I would like to say, thank you for coming our meet up.

Today we walked around Ueno and Akihabara with 17 members.

A guest from the Philippines who studying in Japan came to join us!

What a surprise😄.

The timetable is below…

11:00-14:00

Community Day at Ueno Park

14:00-16:00

Lunch

16:00-18:00

Raid tour around Akihabara station

In the morning, the guest and I met up a little early and introduced him to our members.

It didn’t take them long to get to know each other, although the members could not hide their surprise at being the first foreign trainer.

Of course, some of the members could speak English, but others could not.

But our common interests “Pokémon GO” brought us together.

The members were very proactive.

“Tell me your level!”

“What's your team?”

"Are there any region exclusive Pokémon in the Philippines?"

They were very interested in him.

It must be going to be fun today!

The temperature in Ueno Park was over 30℃ (86℉),

making it very difficult to walk.

After 2 hours and half of walking and hundo notifications outside the park,

we took the guest and ran ❗️.

Gotchaaaaa‼️😆😊

Wow, Fantastic!

Well done!

It was the result 30 minutes before the end of the community day.

We got the hundo, went to lunch!

We worked hard in the hot weather.

Beer was delicious 🍺.

After lunch, we moved to Akihabara.

[16:00 Akihabara]

When we went outside, the temperature was 34℃ (93.2℉).

There were scorching building district, it was too hot.

I walked around looking for Zweilous raids, but we call it by 18:00.

I gave up!

Moving around in the heat so much, I couldn’t resist it physically...

We parted ways with the newcomer at the station.

He took a photo as a memory of Japan.

I feel sad to think that he will be going back to the Philippines soon....

I want to leave a lot of memories in the short time.

I thought so.

I think it is very difficult to go to school in a place where they don't speak the language.

Even if you want to play Pokémon Go in Japan,

it is hard to walk around if you don't know the way.

I want to support people like that.

I want to make friends with trainers all over the world

through Pokémon GO.

I hope so.

I was worried about whether we could talk to each other, but we could manage by feeling.

All the members are very kind.

The guest was also satisfied.

It's great to see so many new friends!

And a lot of real friends too 👍

Let's play again 😆😆.

That's all from the leader
